Fujitsu Launches AI Auto Presentation to Transform Business Communication
Kawasaki, Japan, June 19, 2025 – Fujitsu Limited has unveiled its groundbreaking AI Auto Presentation technology, designed to revolutionize how presentations are created and delivered. This innovative solution supports creation in over 30 languages and integrates seamlessly as a Microsoft 365 Copilot AI agent.
The AI Auto Presentation tool, a key feature of Fujitsu’s AI service, Fujitsu Kozuchi, autonomously generates presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint data and answers audience questions through a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) process, allowing for interactive and engaging sessions. A trial environment will be available to corporate customers starting June 19, 2025, on the Fujitsu Research Portal.
Through collaboration with Headwaters Co., Ltd., Fujitsu is bringing this technology to market, with internal deployment planned for the second quarter of FY 2025 and global customer rollout by the third quarter. Users can create personalized AI avatars that mimic their likeness and voice, enabling anyone to produce high-quality presentations without extensive expertise.
Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation aims to democratize the presentation process, letting individuals regardless of language proficiency or presentation experience effectively share information, thus boosting operational efficiency. This aligns with Fujitsu’s commitment to fostering a digital society.
Microsoft Japan’s Managing Executive Officer, Satoshi Asano, praised the initiative, noting its potential to streamline communication and enhance operational efficiency for businesses. Similarly, Masaya Nishimaki from Headwaters Co., Ltd. emphasized the practical applications of AI in business operations and pledged ongoing cooperation with Fujitsu.
Key features of the technology include autonomous slide transitions aligned with time constraints and highly customizable content generation through voice recognition and language models.
