The event showcases the historical richness and attractions of central Nebraska.

On Wednesday, attendees embarked on pre-conference tours, visiting notable sites such as the Hargis House, Stolley House, and the Stuhr Museum, alongside local businesses in the Railside District. Participants also explored the Archway in Kearney and Savor Treats in Dannebrog. Grand Island Tourism’s Outreach Programming Coordinator, Dana Jelinek, emphasized the importance of this event for local attractions, stating, "This is the time for our attractions to shine and share their stories."

Influencer Veronica Bareman, who hails from Michigan, was struck by Nebraska’s historical significance as a key connector between the East and West. She expressed admiration for the Stolley House and the beauty of Stolley Park, highlighting the kindness of the local community.
