Man from Nebraska faces charges of enticement following vigilante sting where teenagers attacked him.

A Crete man, Eh Kaw Kaw Taw, was arrested after being lured to a home by five juveniles posing as a 15-year-old boy on a dating app. Taw was charged with two counts of child enticement and one count of attempting to receive a sexually explicit image of a child. The teens held Taw in the home, beat him, and recorded the assault before he fled to his car. Following the incident, the teens were charged with a variety of felonies and misdemeanors. Taw was identified through video and phone evidence and was later arrested, with his bond set at $75,000. His next court hearing is scheduled for February 21. The incident was reported to police and Taw was charged in January, but it wasn’t until February that he was taken into custody. The vigilante sting operation orchestrated by the teens resulted in charges for both Taw and the juveniles involved.
