Alice Wong, a former troublemaker from Limbang, Malaysia, found redemption and purpose through her journey of faith. Despite her rebellious past, which included vaping, drinking, and tumultuous relationships, Alice discovered a new sense of belonging and peace in God. She transitioned from a life of sin to a life of service, helping struggling churches with online services and leading others back to God.
After moving to Miri in 2024, Alice found a welcoming community at Cornerstone Community Church. She experienced a profound transformation, giving up her vices and dedicating herself to serving God. Her newfound faith surprised those who knew her past, inspiring them to seek God’s love and forgiveness. Baptized in November 2024, Alice rededicated her life to God and embraced her role as a leader in the church.
Through her testimony and commitment to serving others, Alice hopes to bring broken and lost souls back to God. She acknowledges the influence of her mother’s prayers during her troubled years and feels grateful for the opportunity to lead others towards salvation. With a heart full of gratitude and a renewed sense of purpose, Alice continues to pray for guidance in using her leadership gift to serve Bahasa-speaking Christians and reconcile those who have strayed from their faith.
