Efforts to contact Nebraska Crossing and the developer have been unsuccessful, while the attorney for the suing company declined to comment. Fielder, along with other customers, is hopeful that this legal action will prompt Nebraska Crossing to resolve the issue and allow them to use their FastCash rewards as intended.
