Lawsuit Filed Against Nebraska Crossing for Failure to Allow Customers to Redeem Cash-Back Rewards

A recent lawsuit has been filed against Nebraska Crossing, a major outlet mall, regarding the redemption of FastCash rewards. Bob Fielder, a customer, has accrued $848 in FastCash rewards over two years but has been unable to redeem them due to technical issues. Despite promises from Nebraska Crossing to resolve the problem, Fielder is growing impatient and hopes that the lawsuit filed by a Minnesota business, seeking over $500,000 in rebates, will prompt action.

Fielder’s main concern is being able to use his rewards, which he had planned to use for his daughter’s birthday and Valentine’s Day. The lawsuit, brought by an online shopping business, demands that Nebraska Crossing provide FastCash rebates that can be used as cash at mall retailers.

Efforts to contact Nebraska Crossing and the developer have been unsuccessful, while the attorney for the suing company declined to comment. Fielder, along with other customers, is hopeful that this legal action will prompt Nebraska Crossing to resolve the issue and allow them to use their FastCash rewards as intended.
