Nebraska voters overwhelmingly passed two medical marijuana initiatives in the recent general election, with over 65% of voters supporting the measures. A decision must be made before December 2 when the results are set to be certified. If the judge deems that enough signatures were tainted, around 3,500, Tuesday’s results could be invalidated.
