The incident occurred in a popular entertainment district, with police responding to multiple victims suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims, including two adult males, one adult female, and a fourth victim who died at a nearby hospital, were believed to have been targeted by multiple shooters. No arrests have been made, and authorities are seeking information from the public to identify those responsible. The motive for the shooting remains unknown, but investigators are focusing on the fact that the victims were targeted in an open area rather than inside a business.
